Privacy notice

How we handle your data.

Effective 25 April 2026 · GDPR & Czech Act 110/2019 Sb.

In plain language: this site only collects what you type into the booking form, only uses it to reply to your enquiry, and never shares it with anyone else. No analytics, no cookies, no trackers, no newsletter list. The notice below explains the details required by EU and Czech law.

01Controller

The data controller for this site is Aleš Svoboda, operating as AIM HIGH, based in the Czech Republic. Reach the controller at office@aimhigh.cz for any privacy-related question, request, or correction.

02What we collect

The booking form on the home page is the only place this site asks you for personal data. When you submit it, the following fields are sent to office@aimhigh.cz:

No other personal data is collected by the site itself. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no embedded social pixels, no fingerprinting. The site does not log IP addresses; the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may retain transient access logs as part of standard infrastructure operation.

03Why we collect it & legal basis

The data is used for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to it, in line with potential pre-contractual measures at your request. Legal basis under GDPR:

04Where the data goes

Submissions are relayed from the website to the AIM HIGH mailbox via the Microsoft Graph API. Once received, the message lives in the standard Microsoft 365 mailbox (office@aimhigh.cz), hosted by Microsoft Ireland in EU data centres. The website itself runs on Cloudflare Pages.

No third party — no marketing tool, no CRM, no analytics service, no email-list provider — receives or processes this data.

Sub-processors: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (mail) · Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting). Both are bound by their own GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

05How long we keep it

Active enquiry threads are retained for up to 24 months from the date of last correspondence, then deleted. If a booking goes ahead, the related correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory accounting and tax retention period under Czech law (typically 5–10 years for tax-relevant records). Enquiries that don't result in a booking are deleted after the 24-month window.

06Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email office@aimhigh.cz. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR; in practice, usually within two working days.

07Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection): uoou.cz, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7. We'd appreciate the chance to address concerns first by email — but the right to go straight to ÚOOÚ is yours.

08Updates to this notice

If processing materially changes (a new sub-processor, a new field on the form, a different retention period), this notice is updated and the effective date at the top is bumped. Material changes are not applied retroactively to data already collected without notifying the people whose data is affected.
